Middleville Township Hall is at 3014 County Road 6 SW, Howard Lake, MN 55349. Phone (320) 543-3807
Meetings are 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of every month at the township hall. All voting is at the township hall, except for school district elections.

The clerk is usually in the office 9 a.m. until noon every Monday. Any questions can be directed to the clerk.
Curbside recycling
Recycling pickup is the first and third Friday of every month. To get recycling bins or for more information, call the clerk at (320) 543-3807 Monday mornings.
Burning permits
Residents can get burning permits from Joe Drusch or Don Marketon.
Building permits
Building permits are available at the township hall Monday mornings, or call the clerk for an appointment.
Garbage pickup
The township doesn’t provide garbage service. Residents must arrange with a local sanitation company for pickup.
